Company history.

Based in North Melbourne, our office is home to a growing number of full time staff who specialise in the necessary (and new) disciplines within the digital realm. In a field where new niches are conceived in an instant, ONQ stay conversant with an ever-transforming industry through a focus on innovation, development of infrastructure and resources and ongoing training for staff.

While we continue to grow, we stay abreast of technology and relevant trends and retain our strict focus on partnering with clients in the eCommerce and transactional services channels.

Making a difference and being different, cutting a swathe through the jargon and acronyms and always being client-centric are what defines ONQ.

Since inception in 2006, ONQ have rapidly burgeoned from a small, ardent team to a full-service digital agency infused with traditional business values.

Bradley HallGroup Managing Director

Though unable to spell entrepreneur at age six, Bradley told his grandfather with utter conviction that it was his chosen career.

With 20 years of study, industry and business experience under his belt, Bradley’s perfectionist nature makes him the natural-born leader of the strategy team and the business of ONQ. He has a passion for people and problem-solving and a proven dexterity for growing businesses via clever and collaborative solutions.

Nick MorganClient Services Director

From humble beginnings in country Victoria to years spent traversing the globe, Nick has an inspiring breadth of life-experience. Immersion in a variety of cultures has given him the opportunity to develop intuitive interpersonal skills that assist in forging lasting relationships with clients and staff alike.

Nick’s journey from art studies and restaurant management to the digital world has been a divergent one but his dedication to clients and account service has remained a focus throughout. His natural aptitude for anticipating and interpreting client needs is an essential part of the ONQ experience.

Arnaud AstrucCreative Director

Even as a lego-toting toddler, Arnaud knew that he wanted to create.

With 4 years of graphic design and photography studies under his belt and inspired by the budding digital frontier, he completed a Visual Communication degree at RMIT.

Soon after, he joined Six Degrees Digital, a small print and multimedia outfit and fertile hub for responsive, collaborative work. Over the course of his 10 year tenure, Arnaud became the owner of the business and worked on campaigns for clients such as ANZ, Suzuki, Honda, Triumph, National Foods, Fairfax Media, Pepsico and Seek.

In 2012, following the acquisition of Six Degrees by ONQ, he has embraced his role as Creative Director. He leads his team with a focus on clear and effective communication coupled with innovative thinking and functionality-driven design.

Arnaud is also the proud father of two girls and spends his spare time playing court jester to them.

Jeremy Bassett-SmithDirector of Solutions Delivery

Having completed a Bachelor of Business Systems at Monash University, Jeremy undertook roles within the finance and telecommunication industries before finding his niche at ONQ. He uncovered a nous for analysis and resolution through process-oriented thinking and an excitement at the constantly shifting challenges of the digital environment.

This inclination parlays naturally into his role as Director of Solutions Delivery at ONQ. Jeremy oversees projects from inception to conclusion, managing business analysis, technical development, quality assurance and implementation.

Jeremy’s ethos of surety, organisation and process are at the heart of his leadership at ONQ.

Andrew MugerwaSearch Engine Marketing Manager

Upon graduating Political Science and PR/Marketing, Andrew entered the marketing sector and worked across the financial, not-for-profit and film industries.

Exposure to the new and rapidly evolving digital world sparked an intense yearning to learn more about this fascinating new arena. An opportunity was presented, and seized. Today, he is ONQ’s SEM Manager.

Andrew believes that successful SEM / SEO is founded on great marketing strategy supported by the right application of technology.

Nick ProsserManaging Director Federal and ACT

Having spent 15 years in the ITC industry working in the government and commercial sectors, Nick brings an unsurpassed level of experience to the management of the Canberra office.

Through former roles with IBM and Microsoft, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge to the online space, advising team ONQ on best practice methodologies adopted from the ITC industry.

Nick is Canberra born and bred, enjoys artistic endeavours and loves spending time with his young family.

Grant NewtonManaging Director New South Wales

A self-confessed technology enthusiast, Grant’s keen understanding of business operations and passion for design-led thinking saw him co-found Morgan, a digital agency, in 2008.

With the recent acquisition of Morgan by ONQ, Grant joins the team as Managing Director NSW. From inception to delivery, through understanding, planning, design and development, Grant ensures his clients needs are exceeded, rather than met.

Outside of the ONQ offices, Grant is a member of the Sydney chapter of Social Media Club; a group created for the purpose of sharing best practice ideas, establishing ethics and standards, and promoting media literacy around the emerging area of Social Media.

Mario RogicDirector of Technology

From his Dad’s lawn-mower to his first Pentium 486, Mario has been taking things apart and putting them back together for as long as he can remember.

Having studied Mechatronic Engineering, Commerce and Computer Science at the University of New South Wales, he became set in his passion for technology in the business world.

Mario co-founded Sydney based digital agency Morgan, and, following its acquisition by ONQ in 2013, continues in his role as Director of Technology, helping the team and our clients solve needs and challenges by providing innovative, sustainable and practical applications for cutting edge technologies across all aspects of business.

When not dreaming about snowboarding, Mario enjoys finding ways to prove his theory that technology should make life simpler and more joyful.


Mark MackayAdvisory Chairman

An ad man for over 3 decades, Mark joined ONQ in October 2012, having stepped down from his Executive Chair role at The Campaign Palace to pursue an independent career.

Mark has worked in some of the world’s leading creative agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Plc London, Young & Rubicam and The Campaign Palace. Not shy of an airport lounge, Mark has trained and worked in Sydney, London, New York and Auckland.

His formidable breadth of experience in the retail sector (having overseen the Target brand communication for a decade and working with Country Road, Meat and Livestock and Jeanswest), ensure that Mark brings an unparallelled level of gravitas, acumen and foresight to the ONQ table.
